Buying gifts
We all love gifts and for that free wheeling cyclist in your life, a gift card from Velo Flamingo is just the ticket (or gift!). We provide gift cards in a range of amounts. You can view the gift cards here.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are all dispatched from our Dublin based HQ. Generally, we estimate orders to arrive within 5-7 business days for within the island of Ireland. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days, we are happy to process a return. The items that are being returned must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. They will need to have their labels still attached and should be in their original packaging. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Shipping Costs are:
Ireland and EU - under €75 is €5 standard post
Ireland and EU - over €75 is free standard post (option for tracked post at checkout - €5)
UK - €9.50 standard post

This is really good quality kit and accessories. I bought 3 pair of socks as a present and they are getting great use since they arrived. I'm absolutely delighted with my VeloFlamingo cycling shorts. These are top quality shorts with a superb fit (kudos to Tara for her patience answering my questions on sizing!). The shoulder straps and leg grippers are just perfect, not too tight and not too loose. Greatest compliment I can give is that these are the type of shorts you put on and forget about. Super comfortable for longs days on the bike. Highly recommended!
